About Templestays in Korea
A Templestay is a unique cultural program that lets you experience the life of Buddhist practitioners at traditional temples which preserve the 1,700 year old history of Korean Buddhism.
Programs are generally divided into two types: 'Experience-oriented' where you participate in meditation, prostrations, and making prayer beads, and 'Relaxation-oriented' where you simply rest in the peaceful temple environment.
